The veneer procedure goes like this:
A small (and by small, we mean SMALL—less than a millimeter) of enamel (the outer white part of your teeth) is shaved off. A mould is made of the teeth and used to construct a thin, porcelain, ‘fingernail-like’ cap that fits on the tooth. The porcelain veneer can be constructed to change the colour and shape of your teeth and is bonded strongly onto the tooth.
The result is a tooth that looks dramatically different, but without any time-consuming, destructive procedures being needed.

Dr. Paul Moussa is the owner and principal dentist at Metro East Dental Center. He has over 35 years of experience in the dental field and provides all types of dental treatment, from simple fillings and cleaning to implants, invisalign, and dental surgery.

Dr. Tina Fadakar is an associate dentist with over 20 years of experience. She is compassionate, thorough, and capable, with a particular talent in treating children and educating on good dental habits.
